Great service, comfortable bed, excellent sound-proofing and air conditioning, separate bathtub and shower, friendly and accommodating staff, convenient location near train station and popular attractions.

Felt like a true getaway, no complaints.

This hotel offers a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities such as the Spa & wellness centre, sauna, and Turkish bath. the service provided by the staff was outstanding, making us feel welcomed and pampered. the indoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for relaxation.

The spa lounge was a little noisy, making it hard to fully relax during our body wrap and facial treatments. this minor issue did not overshadow the overall great experience had at this venue.

The restaurant here was good for breakfast, we both ordered fine dishes. There was a spacious bathroom with a shower, hairdryers and bath sheets.

The hotel was located right beside the busy central train station which was really convenient. Despite being near a noisy and crowded area, the hotel was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The breakfast restaurant had a beautiful ambiance and the service was excellent. The rooms were lovely and well equipped, particularly the wonderful beds.

I had trouble finding a working ATM nearby and the hotel reception was unable to exchange my currency. It was a bit of an inconvenience as I needed to purchase some medicine and the nearby pharmacy did not accept credit card payments.

I loved this hotel, it's fairly clean and magnificent. The buffet breakfast was gorgeous, had lots of options.

Comfortable beds, friendly staff, outstanding breakfast buffet. Upgraded to a suite with fantastic view, received complimentary drinks and treats. Impressive pool and modern rooms with great amenities. Recommend for a luxurious and quiet stay.

Well-maintained place for a visit to Munich, it has exceptional location next to train station and great services. Ludwigsvorstadt district deserves your attention.

The hotel is perfect location for those arriving by train, with easy access to the city's transportation system. The cleanliness and facilities are great, while the staff are always friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is really good, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

Staff was easy going and the room was fashionable. They offered me perfect breakfast with delicious juices.

Every detail was very good from the beginning, including staff and location, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Booked a room with a bath. The bonus was modern room decor and fabulous bar.

We had an amazing time at this hotel, located just next to the main train station. It was so convenient for us as we arrived by train with a lot of luggage and young children. The suite we stayed in was extremely comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and a large and comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and professional, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The buffet breakfast had a great variety of options, including delicious fresh juices. The hotel also arranged our transport to the airport, providing booster seats for our kids. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip.

We had difficulty connecting our devices and when we did, the speed was incredibly slow. It was frustrating to constantly have to reconnect and accept the terms and conditions.

The staff at this hotel were amazing, especially Ms. Nora from guest relations. She was helpful and accommodating, even with last-minute requests. The convenience of the hotel's location, near the central station, made it easy to get around the city. the bed and bedding were so comfortable that I had the best sleep in a long time.

The location of the hotel is superb and the service is great! We loved the cozy feel of the hotel and the delicious breakfast. Despite some minor issues with housekeeping, we highly recommend Sofitel for a pleasant stay. a great choice.
